Gift Card Terms

Redemption

Gift cards are redeemed by presenting a valid unique code (and optionally QR) to the salon. The salon may ask for confirmation details to prevent fraud. To use your gift card, please contact Tarnya directly to book your appointment.

Expiry

Gift cards expire 12 months from the date of purchase. The expiry date is stated on your gift card confirmation. Extensions may be granted at the salon's discretion.

Balance

Gift cards can be used in multiple visits until the balance is depleted. Any remaining balance after a treatment can be used for future appointments. If the treatment cost exceeds the gift card balance, the difference must be paid by another method.

Refunds

Gift cards are non-refundable except where required by law. Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash.

Lost or Stolen Cards

Please keep your gift card code safe. Lost or stolen gift cards cannot be replaced without proof of purchase. Contact us immediately if you believe your gift card has been compromised.

Booking & Appointments

Booking

All appointments are booked through Fresha. Booking confirmations are sent via email and/or SMS.

Cancellations

Please provide at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a fee.

Consultations

Some treatments require a consultation before booking. This will be indicated during the booking process.

Some treatments require a patch test at least 48 hours before your appointment. This is for your safety and is non-negotiable.

Aftercare instructions are provided for all treatments. Following these instructions is essential for optimal results and your wellbeing.
